What steps should I follow to retain your services?

How much do you cost?

The cost of hiring us depends on the volume of your transaction. Once we receive notification of your interest, We will work out the details and respond to you with a detailed proposal.

After signing up, what kind of support will be available to me and who will service my account?

You will be assigned a dedicated personnel who will be able to answer all of your questions. You will receive telephone, email and chat-based assistance. If required, our personnel will be glad to visit you personally.

Will you send someone to my office on a weekly or monthly basis?

Our personal assistance depends on the type of services you have requested. You can request for us to schedule the visit.

What type of reporting do I receive and how frequently are the reports generated?

We provide you with standardized reports, which are delivered monthly, quarterly or annually depending on your needs. In addition, we can also provide you with any customized reports that your business requires.

What software programs do you work with? Can you work with my existing system?

We work with QuickBooks accounting software.

Who has access to my company’s financial information?

Your financials are stored in our admin database. We guaranttee the confidentiality of your data.

Who owns my data?

You remain the sole owner of all your data, upon termination of service wil will turn over to you all of your data and delete it in our system.

Am I still in charge of my company’s financial decisions?

Absolutely! You will be at the helm of all your financial decisions at all times.

How do I transfer data or information to you?

You can send us your documents via mail or email.

How do I know Advance Bookkeepping Solutions received my documents?

We send you an acknowledgement of receipt each and every time you send us documents, so you will know as soon as we receive them.

Do I need to save a document after I send it to Advance Bookkeeping Solutions?

Our electronic document management facility converts all your documents in an easily retrievable electronic format, so that you don’t need to maintain separate records after you send us your documents.

Is my data secure?

We guarattee the security of your data.

What recourse will I have if I am unsatisfied with your services?

You can cancel our services by providing the cause for termination in writing (email, fax or in person). This shall be followed by a one-month cure period and turn over of data. Your pending fees must be settled before cancellation of our services.

What happens to my data if I decide to terminate services?

Upon termination of services, we will relinquish your QuickBooks files to you along with all the files you provided to us during the service period. It is your responsibility to search for a new accounting application such as QuickBooks to replace the Advance Bookkeeping Solutions application.
